International Antarctic Weather Forecasting Handbook
Here is Version 1.1 of the International Antarctic Weather Forecasting Handbook edited by John Turner and Steve Pendlebury. See the readme.txt file for more information. The handbook is in PDF format. To install the version of Adobe Acrobat reader that comes with the handbook get the installer for Windows 95/98/NT.
